## Membership System

At Zealous Swap, we recognize that active traders and market makers play a critical role in driving liquidity and efficiency across the DEX. To better support them, we’ve introduced the Membership System — a straightforward way for traders to secure lower fees and maximize their strategies.

### Why It Matters

For high-frequency traders and market makers, every fraction of a percent in fees matters. By offering a membership option that reduces trading costs, Zealous Swap creates a more competitive environment for professional traders. This drives higher volume, deeper liquidity, and better prices for the entire community.

### How It Works

The Membership System provides a **33% reduction on swap fees across all pools**. Memberships are flexible and can be purchased directly on the platform using **ZEAL tokens only**.

Available durations:

* 1 Week
* 1 Month
* 1 Quarter
* 1 Year
* Lifetime

Fee example (default pool setup):

* Standard user: 0.3% swap fee
* Member: 0.2% swap fee (33% discount)

This discount is applied automatically on every swap, regardless of the pool type or market conditions.
